Transcripts

Official GCE transcripts show all GCE Learning Units, credits earned per unit, and grades. GCE Learning Unit plans can be provided as an appendix upon request.  In the event that students view the GCE SY LI as a short-term experience before transferring into another high-school, the GCE Director will work with the family to ensure potential schools are contacted during a family’s application process to GCE so that all potential obstacles can be addressed in advance.

GCE Academic Credits to be earned in order to graduate:

  • English (minimum 4 credits)
  • History/Social Science (minimum 4 credits)
  • Math (minimum 3 credits)
  • Science (minimum 3 credits)
  • Foreign Language (minimum 2 credits)
  • Visual and Performing Arts (minimum 2 credits)
  • Physical Education — Health/Wellness (minimum 3 credits)
  • Civic Engagement/Service Learning (minimum 1.5 credits)
  • College Essay and Test Preparation (minimum .5 credits)
  • Career Readiness (minimum 2 credits)
